The procurement authority currently has a purchasing function consisting of three strategic buyers. The function works with purchasing at the operational, tactical and strategic level.  The function conducts procurements according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and works with purchasing to be able to achieve the business's goals. Sometimes the peaks of work are high and the internal resources are not enough. Sometimes we ourselves lack expertise in certain procurement areas.  We are therefore looking for a supplier with great expertise in the procurement practical perspective and who has the competence to carry out procurements according to LOU.
