The contract is for the contractor to provide cleanliness (cleaning) services for real estate managed by the Administration of City Houses "ADM" Sp. z o. o. in Bydgoszcz, including activities such as:
a) maintaining cleanliness (cleaning) of buildings, yards, pavements and squares, maintaining cleanliness and care of green areas, maintaining cleanliness of the common parts (vertical and horizontal;
b) maintaining cleanliness (cleaning) of buildings and office rooms that are the headquarters (organizational units) of the Employer together with adjacent squares, pavements and areas
The scope of activities includes, among others:
- permanent monthly cleanliness inside buildings (common areas, i.e. utility rooms, laundries, drying rooms, corridors, staircases and other rooms located in these buildings)
- maintaining cleanliness of external areas adjacent to buildings, i.e. courtyards, pavements, squares (frequency of service: 2 times a week)
- maintaining cleanliness of green surfaces, i.e. lawns, areas under bushes and on bushes (frequency of providing the service: once a month)
- periodic window cleaning services performed at the Purchaser's request (order), but not more often than twice a year
- periodic cleaning of attic surfaces upon the Customer's request (order), but not more often than once a year
- services of periodic maintenance of cleanliness of green areas by raking spring areas, mowing grass, trimming shrubs, raking fallen leaves and biomass sacking after felling or raking and loading into provided containers or spraying and transporting to places indicated by the Employer - carried out on each request (commissioned) ) Of the Employer (the frequency of these activities is indicated in the price form, respectively for each task:
- in the autumn-winter period: removing snow, ice and mud (daily if necessary) during hours providing residents / property users with safe access and passage, however not later than 8:00 am, and in the event of later rainfall immediately after will also cease on Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays, sanding the courtyards, passages, gates, sidewalks located along these properties, access and access to containers, utility rooms, rain inlets, water and gas valves. In addition, prism of removed snow and ice at the curb of the sidewalk, leaving free passages and crossings, as well as free spaces at the entrance doors to buildings,
- watering throughout the contract period (but only in the months from April to the end of September) of plantings (trees and shrubs) indicated by the Employer, with water delivered by the Contractor using his own equipment. This service will be provided by the Contractor after the Employer indicates the list of real estate and the number of plantings covered by the watering service. The contractor is obliged to provide water necessary for watering plantings on their own and at their own expense. All costs related to this shall be borne exclusively by the Contractor. The contracting authority envisages about 30 plantings per year for each task, which should be covered by the "watering" service,
- removal of home appliances (so-called bulky waste) from building yards to streets or squares indicated by the contracting authority, the day before their planned export. Dates for the removal of bulky waste for individual properties are set out in the export schedule posted on the website of the Municipal Waste Management Office of the City of Bydgoszcz. This is a periodic service, performed periodically and each time requires a separate notification (order) by the Employer.

- permanent monthly cleanliness in office buildings being the Employer's premises, consisting in maintaining cleanliness of office rooms and their equipment (furniture, equipment) and maintaining sanitation and technical rooms as well as securing and supplementing necessary hygiene and sanitary articles, in particular toilet paper , paper towels, washing and cleaning agents (including liquid soap), disinfectants and fragrances in toilets and other sanitary rooms,
- constant monthly maintenance of cleanliness of areas, i.e. courtyards, external stairs (access to buildings) and adjacent green areas, pavements and squares - consisting in collecting solid waste along with snow removal and removal of ice, and in spring and autumn including additionally raking leaves together with loading, bagging (packing) into provided containers or spraying and transporting to places indicated by the Employer.
