Single Sign On - Hardwarebeschaffung

The subject matter of the present award procedure is a framework agreement with an economic operator pursuant to Section 21 (3) VgV for the procurement of hardware for the completion of a Single Sing On solution (hereinafter referred to as the SSO or SSO solution) for the hospitals of Sana Kliniken AG as on-call clients (Appendix 2).

Chip card readers are procured that fit the offered solution (award procedure no. 2023001993), which can be connected to PCs, workstations and medical devices via USB and are compatible with the chip cards that are also offered. Compatibility with the application scenarios with regard to SSO requested in procurement procedure no. 2023001993 is guaranteed.

The framework agreement is a contract concluded for the duration specified in the contract notice which obliges the contractor(s) to perform the services called up by means of specific contracts under the conditions laid down in the framework agreement and the specific contract concerned.

These specific contracts shall be awarded exclusively by the contracting entities listed in Appendix 2 "List of contracting entities" to the undertaking or undertakings which are parties to the framework agreement at that time.

The clients entitled to call are recipients of funding from the Hospital Future Act and are obliged to comply with procurement law by the funding decision. Some contracting authorities are bound by (antitrust) procurement law as contracting authorities within the meaning of the GWB.

With the KHZG, digitization is being driven forward. In the course of continuous digitalization, IT security must also be further expanded so that critical IT infrastructures are protected in the best possible way.

In compliance with the legal requirements of the procurement regulations, the planned projects for the procurement of an SSO solution in the on-call clinics are put out to tender.
