The framework agreement includes the following services:

a) Initial order: new licenses, consolidation of inventory licenses, establishment of an authorization structure with team accounts in a central license portal, and the establishment of a premium license portal for central license management,

(b) individual calls for new licences, renewal of licences, consolidation of licences,

c) services such as counselling and training on request.
