Lot 8 Plastering work

Exterior plaster:

-approx. 80 square meters of exterior plaster best. made of reinforcing plaster on wood fibre plaster base boards, undercoat, top plaster and levelling paint including ancillary services

Interior plaster:

-approx. 50 sqm of interior plaster with tile covering, topping, incl. disposal

-approx. 50 sqm of single-layer lime plaster smoothed incl. ancillary services

Lot 9 Tile work

-peel off and dispose of approx. 40 sqm old tile covering

-sand approx. 40 square meters of floor areas and level with leveling compound

-supply and manufacture approx. 40 square meters of decoupling mat

-supply and produce approx. 60 square meters of floor and wall waterproofing

-approx. 40 sqm floor tiles R10 with plinth on old screed with leveling compound

-approx. 15 sqm floor tiles R11 with base on new screed

-approx. 50 sqm floor tiles R10 with base on new screed

-approx. 70 sqm wall tiles on plasterboard surfaces

-Ancillary services such as elastic joints, holes, edge protection and finishing rails

-approx. 80 sqm plasterboard ceilings 2x coat

-Paint 11 pieces of steel perimeter frames
