The Tax Cooperation of municipalities and the Utrecht Water Board (hereinafter: BghU) intends to conclude one agreement with regard to the implementation of the payment system. BghU intends to award the contract to one tenderer. BghU awards the contract to the tenderer with the most economically advantageous tender based on the best price-quality ratio.
