This contract is a supply contract subject to orders, the purpose of which is:
- the supply of bituminous mix in 25 kg buckets,
- the supply of asphalt that can be stored in bags of maximum 25 kg reactive with water,
- the supply of bituminous mix in bulk,
- the supply of primer for the water-reactive asphalt,
- supply of bitumen emulsion in plastic jerry cans of maximum 25 l.
In the context of this contract, the contracting authority intends to combat social dumping and social fraud.
