This contract is a multiannual and standing public supply contract within the meaning of
of Article 2, 20° of the Law of 17 June 2016. This is a framework agreement concluded with a single
successful tenderer for the entities identified in point 3 of TITLE II of this dossier
special charges. These entities will place orders with the successful bidder of the framework agreement
as and when their own needs.
This market is a single-lot market. Its purpose is the supply of 3 printer models
specific and their accessories. These supplies are further detailed in TITLE
V "Technical Requirements" of these special specifications. Supplies will be
covered by a 5-year on-site warranty service.

This market is a standing market. Notification to the tenderer of
the approval of its tender does not commit the contracting authority to placing orders with it
for a minimum global amount. The contracting authority reserves the right to adapt its
orders to the evolution of its needs. Only the sending of a dated and signed purchase order
by the authorized person confers the right and obligation on the successful tenderer to supply the quantities
which are indicated therein.
The quantities shown in the price inventory (see also TITLE V.5 'Estimated
quantitative of supplies") are given for information purposes only without commitment by
the contracting authority's share. These are assumed quantities of the AP over the duration of the
market (4 years), these have been estimated on the basis of historical elements. These quantities
presumed will be used to determine the amount of the bid as part of the award
of the market. These presumed quantities may be modified, possibly significantly by
the contracting authority upwards or downwards without giving entitlement to compensation
any. The contracting authority shall not enter into any obligation to acquire the supplies
up to those presumed quantities.
By submitting its tender, the successful tenderer undertakes to perform the services in
compliance with these special specifications.
The conclusion of this contract does not confer any exclusive right on the successful tenderer in respect of
beneficiary contracting authorities and services of the Walloon Region which are free
order supplies identical or similar to those covered by the contract from
other providers. The successful tenderer may not on this account assert any right to
compensation.
