The subject of the contract is collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the property where the residents live, so-called permanent and temporary inhabited real estate - including real estate with built-up holiday buildings, from publicly accessible points located in the Lubasz commune, as well as from uninhabited real estate, cemeteries (selective waste), in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on keeping clean and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended) and other legal provisions - including: Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29.12.2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected fractions (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 19).

The scope of the contract includes:

Receiving municipal waste from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020 from real estate on which residents live (so-called permanent and temporary real estate - including built-up holiday buildings) and uninhabited real estate, including:

a) collecting unsorted (mixed) waste;

b) collecting segregated waste:

- biodegradable (bio waste),

- paper,

- metal,

- glass,

- plastics, multi-material packaging waste, with the proviso that the Contractor shall collect any amount of the above municipal waste.

In the area of permanently and temporarily inhabited real estate, a mixed container-bag municipal waste collection system will apply:

1) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste:

a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste will be collected from black containers with a capacity of 120 liters, 240 liters, 1,100 liters from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside (so-called permanent and temporary inhabited properties);

b) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste will be collected from black containers with a capacity of 120 l, 240 l, 1 100 l and KP containers in multi-family housing as well as from uninhabited real estate;

c) in multi-family housing, unsorted municipal waste will be collected from containers - the property owners (managers) provide the abovementioned containers on given real estates and keep them in proper sanitary, order and technical condition;

d) the Contractor's obligation will be to manage the collected unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and selective waste by transferring it for recovery or disposal in accordance with applicable law - unsorted (mixed) waste should go to a municipal installation and biodegradable waste (bio waste) to a recovery installation or waste disposal;

e) the Contractor's duty will also be to clean around the abovementioned containers when the need arises;

f) The Contractor must submit unsorted (mixed) waste to the municipal waste treatment installation in such a way that the transported waste does not get out of vehicles transporting it starting from the place of its collection, until it is brought to the destination at the municipal installation, and biodegradable waste ( bio-waste) for waste recovery or disposal installations.

2) Selectively collected municipal waste (segregated waste):

a) the collection of separately collected municipal waste in single-family housing will take place in a sack system or using containers.

For the needs of selective waste collection in single-family and farm buildings, containers or bags in colors consistent with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29.12.2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected fractions are used (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 19) , in multi-family housing and uninhabited real estate, the collection of separately collected municipal waste will take place in a container system, i.e. in containers containing a clear indication of the waste collected in them.
