Client has the ambition to optimise the HR-IT landscape for all its staff categories. The ambition can be explained as follows. 1. Improving International HR Support for Local Staff (GPS) 2. Optimizing the IT landscape for all HR applications (CHR). Client has 2 objectives: 1. International HR System (GPS): Improve digital personnel administration for the local staff category by providing more and applicable digital support and services to local employees, their managers and HR staff 2. Improvement HR landscape (CHR): Enable the growth of the Client's digital HR landscape by making IV facilities easier, faster and cheaper, so that the Client can better implement the HR strategy in the years to come.
The client expressed its ambition in 2019 to optimise Client's broad HR-IT landscape for all its staff categories. Client employees are stationed globally on so-called posts abroad. Employees are broadcast on posts (from the Netherlands). Posts also employ employees who live in the country where the post is located. This last group of employees is referred to as 'Local Staff'. The ambition written above can be explained as follows: 1. Improvement of International HR Support for Local Personnel (GPS) 2. Optimization of the IT landscape for all HR applications (CHR) Client has 2 objectives: 1. This aims not only to improve the quality of personnel administration, but also to reduce the cost of personnel administration; 2. Improvement HR landscape (CHR): Enabling the growth of the Client's digital HR landscape by making IV provisions easier, faster and cheaper, so the Client can better implement the HR strategy in the years to come.
