Delivery of 13.3-inch notebooks with docking stations (Type 1) and 15.6-inch notebooks with docking stations (Type 2) for the needs of the Warsaw University of Technology.
1. The subject of the order (basic, guaranteed) is the delivery of notebooks with docking stations for the needs of the Ordering Party, i.e. the Warsaw University of Technology. Quantity of basic order, guaranteed:
• Notebook 13,3" Type 1 – 7 pcs.
• Notebook 15,6" Type 2 – 15 pcs.
• Notebook docking station 13,3" Type 1 - 7 pcs.
• Notebook docking station 15.6" Type 2 - 15 pcs.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is attached as Annex 9 to the SWZ.
The subject of the order must come from a legitimate source and be intended for use in Poland.
2. The Contracting Authority shall not provide for an electronic auction.
3. The Contracting Authority shall not conduct proceedings for the conclusion of the framework agreement.
4. The contracting authority does not allow for the possibility of submitting a bid providing for a different than specified by
The manner of performance of the contract by the Ordering Party.
5.The Contracting Party shall not allow submission of partial tenders.
6. The Awarding Entity does not allow submitting variants.
7. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law.
8. The Contracting Authority does not require that persons participating in the performance of the contract be employed by
Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26
June 1976 – Labour Code (Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law).
9. The Contracting Authority does not provide for requirements for the employment by the Contractor of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Public Procurement Law.
10. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the right to apply for the award of a contract only by the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Law.
