Objective and scope of the procurement

The contest is for sample taking, sample analyses, and reports on water samples from Drammenselva and Drammensfjorden.

See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the contract.

The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Lots/groups

Tenders can be submitted for one or both groups. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted for individual groups, nor alternative tenders.

Groups:

Group 1: Drammenselva (estimate annual value: NOK 250,000 excluding VAT).

Group 2: Drammensfjorden (estimated annual value: NOK 1,200,000 excluding VAT).

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract duration will be from14.04.2023 until it is terminated.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer in each group.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
