1. The subject of the contract is the supply of consumables for HID FARGO printers.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been included in the annexes to the SWZ - Price Form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, a copy of which is attached as Annex 2 to the contract and the Draft Agreement Provisions (contract template) constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.

3. The scope of the subject of the order includes:

3.1. Delivery of supplies for Fargo HID printers HDP8500 in the quantities indicated below:

1. BLACK tape for HDP8500 for 3000 prints 160 pcs

2. Film HDP8500 for 1500 prints 320 pcs

3. Lamination tapes with their own hologram for HDP8500 for 500 prints - reverse 480 pcs

4. Lamination tapes with their own hologram for HDP8500 for 500 prints - obverse 480 pcs

5. Lamination tapes with universal hologram for HDP8500 for 500 prints 840 pcs

6. PVC plastic card with offset printing 800,000 pcs

3.2. PVC plastic cards with CMYK 4/4 offset printing under the laminate, including guilloche and PANTONE microprinting should be made of multilayer PVC, laminated, in accordance with the ISO 7810 ID-1 standard, thickness 0.76 mm and have properties enabling their personalization and lamination with a dedicated hologram on HID retransfer printers Fargo HDP8500.

3.3. The Ordering Party shall provide the Contractor with a print pattern in Adobe format together with the content of microprinting, for placing on PVC plastic cards. The Contractor shall adjust the file received by the Contracting Authority for the purposes of offset printing on its own. The imprint template is placed in Annex 3 to the contract.
