1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of sanitary transport, in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 3 to SWZ – Draft Contract.
2. The Ordering Party shall not allow the submission of partial tenders. Tenders that do not contain the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.

1. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the uPzp.

2. The Contracting Authority shall provide the contractors with information in electronic form via the Tender Platform. Information on answers to questions, changes in specifications, changes in the deadline for submitting and opening tenders will be published by the Ordering Party on the Tender Platform on the proceedings sheet. Correspondence, which in accordance with applicable regulations is addressed to a specific Contractor, will be forwarded in electronic form via the Platform to a specific Contractor.
3. Purchasing procedures are conducted using electronic means of communication. Communication between the Ordering Party and the Contractors takes place using the Purchasing Platform of SP ZOZ in Świdnicyhttps://szpital-swidnica.logintrade.net/
Encrypted HTTPS protocol is used for the connection. Data encryption is done using the SSL protocol. An SSL certificate ensures the confidentiality of data transmission transmitted over the Internet. Contractor with an account on the Tender Platform SP ZOZ in Świdnica: has access to the possibility of submitting, withdrawing the offer, as well as functionalities allowing to ask questions to the content of the SWZ and communication with the Ordering Party in other areas. The contracting authority allows communication with contractors to the e-mail address of the zamowienia@szpital.swidnica.pl (with the proviso that the offer together with attachments must be submitted on the platform).
4. Technical requirements for sending and receiving electronic documents, electronic copies of documents and statements and information provided using the Tender Platform of SP ZOZ in Świdnica:
a) Acceptable web browsers: Internet Explorer 10 and later, Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera
b) Other technical requirements: Internet access, browser support for XMLHttpRequest protocol – ajax, JavaScript enabled, recommended Internet connection speed above 500 KB/s, Acrobat Reader installed, Java runtime installed - Java SE Runtime Environment 6 Update 24 or later

5. After the Contractor has created or generated an electronic document, the Contractor shall sign this document with a qualified electronic signature issued by a qualified trust service provider, which is an entity providing certification services – an electronic signature, meeting the security requirements set out in the Act of 5 September 2016 on trust services and electronic identification (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1173, i.e.
