The subject of the contract is a service including digitization of PZGiK, creation of BDOT500 and GESUT databases and carrying out activities harmonizing data sets of the Bydgoszcz poviat. The contract includes 10 registration units (2 cities and 8 communes)

The subject of the Order in general terms is:

1) digitization of documents indicated by the Employer in order to make them available by means of electronic communication, including using public e-services of spatial information, and to use them for further works covered by WT as source data;

2) development, supplementation and adaptation of topographic data to the conceptual data model BDOT500, specified in Reg. BDOT500 for the entire Bydgoszcz poviat, using for this purpose available photogrammetric materials and source documents collected in PODGiK and obtained from outside PODGiK;

3) development and supplementation and adaptation of data on the utilities network to the conceptual GESUT data model, as defined in Reg. GESUT for the entire Bydgoszcz poviat, using for this purpose available photogrammetric materials and source documents collected in PODGiK as well as obtained from outside PODGiK and carrying out arrangements with entities ruling the utilities networks;

4) performing actions harmonizing BDOT500 and GESUT data sets and other data sets operating in the Bydgoszcz poviat in BDPZGiK, in order to obtain the interoperability of data sets.

The order includes 10 registration units (2 cities and 8 communes), the entire Bydgoszcz Poviat
