The municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland including apprenticeship, work and employment agency De Zuidhoek wants to enter into an 8-year agreement (1 year with 7 extension options of 1 year) with 1 partner for audit services through a tender procedure.

1) The audit of the annual accounts referred to in Article 197 of the Municipalities Act with audit report and auditor's report consisting of:

- interim control with reporting on the results through a management letter,

- end-of-year audit including Sisa accountability * with report in the form of a report of findings,

- auditor's report in which the outcome of the audit is presented in a standardized manner, as required by law, both with regard to reliability and regularity (2020), resulting in an opinion on the annual accounts,

- the auditor's natural advisory function forms an inseparable part of the audit and is seen as an integral part of the audit.

2) Supporting the city council in its controlling function including the pre-audit meeting with the city council (audit committee);

3) Assignments to check matters outside the financial statements. These include projects financed with subsidies (European or province) or because of regulations.
