P-Direkt, part of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, wants to conclude a Service Agreement with one service provider regarding an application to support processes in the field of talent management.

On behalf of the central government, P-Direkt wants to invest in the provision of information to support talent management. This decision is motivated by a specific need of Bureau ABD.

Bureau ABD currently uses the ISA application to support its primary work processes in (among other things) the field of talent management.

In mid-2020, a project was started within Bureau ABD to look broadly at the possibilities for renewal of the ISA application. This project has led, among other things, to Bureau ABD, together with P-Direkt, deciding to acquire an application to support processes in the field of talent management. P-Direkt, as a contracting authority, acquires the application and delivers it to Bureau ABD as part of its government-wide services. The parties explicitly strive to acquire a generic talent management solution that can also be used by other government departments.
