Vestvågøy Municipality would like to construct a new swimming pool in Leknes. The contest will include a prequalification. Up to 5 tenderers will be prequalified. After the prequalification, the selected tenderers are to submit a tender for a turnkey contract with a solution proposal. The contracted group will then be part of a development/partnering phase where the project is further developed until the final project. The construction will be carried out in a turnkey contract with a NS 8407 contract.

Relevant tenderers can apply for prequalification. As a minimum, there must be a turnkey contractor, architect, and pool engineer/water treatment advisor in the group.

Up to 5 tenderers will be prequalified.

The procurement will be executed as a turnkey contract with a solution proposal. Groups must submit their proposals for the solution based on the tender documentation, which consist of, amongst other things, a room and function programme with given sizes and technical requirements.
