The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency shall enter into four framework agreements for the delivery of fuel oil and winter diesel, as well as bio fuel oil in bulk. The framework agreement is for 4 years from when it is signed.

4 competitions will be held divided up according to geographical areas, as well as separate contracts for fuel oil/winter diesel and bio fuel oil respectively. A separate decision will be made for each competition, and tenderers can choose whether to submit tenders for 1, several or all of the competitions.

The border between the 2 geographical areas is as follows:

Area North: Nordland and northwards.

Area South: Trøndelag and southwards.
