The Joint Fire Service (GB) is a partnership between approximately sixty companies in the port and industrial area of Rotterdam and the municipality of Rotterdam. In this area, the organization provides incident and fire fighting and assistance services and has thereby taken over the obligation to maintain a company fire brigade (in view of Article 3 (1) and Article 31 of the Safety Regions Act) from the companies that are affiliated . We call this the so-called "member companies". Both the companies and the Municipality of Rotterdam finance the total preparative and repressive fire service provided by the Joint Fire Service.

In the context of this tender, the contracting authority intends to conclude an agreement for the delivery of Licenses.
