This concerns an open house procedure for Wmo and Jeugdhulp segment B for the Westfriesland region. This request concerns a bridging agreement.
This procurement procedure concerns an Open House procedure and is therefore not a tender within the meaning of the applicable Procurement Act 2012 (Aw 2012).
Specialist youth care segment BThis request for quotation focuses on the purchase of specialist youth care (segment B) within the seven (7) West Frisian municipalities: Drechterland, Enkhuizen, Hoorn, Koggenland, Medemblik, Opmeer and Stede Broec.
The 'result-driven working' method applicable from 1 January 2020 will be continued in 2024.
Within the scope of this procurement are young people:
• Aged zero (0) to seventeen (17) years;
• Young people and young adults who are eligible for the extended youth law;
• The implementation of crisis assistance and forensic care also falls within the scope.
This agreement is concluded for a bridging period. As this is a bridge, the current agreement will be maintained and no substantial changes will be possible. In parallel, the Westfriesland region is preparing a new procurement.

Within the scope of these support profiles are the following forms of support: domestic support (HO), individual guidance (with possibly a link with personal care), short-term stay and day care. The local access can decide to also grant a young person (18-) access to the Wmo.
Other forms of support within the framework of the Wmo 2015, such as aids, housing adjustments, walk-in facilities for mental health care, transport and protected housing and social care, do not fall within the scope of this purchase.
As this is a bridge, the current agreement will be maintained and no substantial changes will be possible.
