The architect mandate includes the following phases (according to SIA 102, 2003 edition):

- 4.21 feasibility study,

- 4.22 procedure for choosing representatives (civil engineer, CVSE engineers, etc.),

- 4.31 preliminary draft (partial),

- 4.32 project of the work (partial),

- 4.33 authorization request procedure,

- 4.41 calls for tenders (partial),

- 4.5 completion of the work.

The amount giving entitlement to fees for the entire contract is estimated at CHF 21,985,000 excluding tax.
