The subject of the contract is the selection of the designer for the development of multi-branch design documentation for the task entitled: "Construction of a railway siding with a railway unloading front, connecting Katowice Airport with railway line No. 182" along with the author's supervision.

The subject of the Order is:

a) development of a construction project: land development project, architectural and construction design, water law survey along with the transfer of proprietary copyrights

(b) drawing up a technical design: bill of quantities; bill of quantities of works in the TER system, offer estimate, investor's cost estimate, investor cost estimate in the TER system along with the transfer of proprietary copyrights.

c) obtaining a final permit for the implementation of the investment in the field of airport of public use:

- for submitting a complete application for a permit for the implementation of investments in the field of airport of public use;

- for obtaining the final permit for the implementation of investments in the field of airport of public use;

d) performing author's supervision in the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of design documentation being the subject of the contract
