The subject of the order are successive supplies of diesel oil for the needs of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Motor Transport joint stock company, over a period of 12 months, with a division of the order into 2 lots (2 tasks).

Diesel oil, depending on the part of the order, will be delivered to the Storage Tanks of the Ordering Party or to the tanks of the Ordering Party's vehicles – refueling of vehicles.

The subject of the contract for this part is the supply of diesel fuel, in the amount of 2 381 m3, to the Storage Tanks of the Ordering Party in its organizational or field units listed in section II.2.3).

The contracting authority requires that the share of products, including software used in the equipment of telecommunications networks coming from the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply pursuant to the Council Decision, exceed 50%.

The subject of the contract for this part is the supply of diesel fuel, in the amount of 1 018 000 liters, consisting in refueling the tanks of the Ordering Party's vehicles at the Contractor's petrol stations in the towns in section II.2.3).

The contracting authority requires that the share of products, including software used in the equipment of telecommunications networks coming from the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply pursuant to the Council Decision, exceed 50%.
