The object of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law, Civil Code and implementing provisions issued pursuant to them.
The estimated electricity demand for the period 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2022 is 11,467,446.00 kWh.

The object of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law, Civil Code and implementing provisions issued pursuant to them.
The Municipality of Wohyń and the Members of the Purchasing Group, together with the units listed in Annex No 1 to the SWZ, will conclude separate contracts resulting from this procedure for the award of a public contract by means of an unlimited tender for the Purchasing of electricity for the purposes of the Purchasing Group of the Municipality of Wohyń. Details of the conclusion of contracts by the Municipality and its organisational units are included in Annex No 1 to the SWZ. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to represent the Contracting Authority and its organizational units before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the notification of a change to the seller. For the performance of the abovementioned activities, the Contractor shall be granted an appropriate power of attorney (Annex 4.1 to SWZ)
The Contracting Authority shall act on his own behalf and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement for inspection at the premises of the Contracting Authority), on behalf of:

The estimated electricity demand for the period 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2022 is 11,467,446.00 kWh.
The estimated value of the order between 1.1.2022 and 31.12.2022 is 4,816 327.32 PLN.
The performance of the activities arising from the power of attorney, constituting Annex No 1 to the draft agreement (Annex No 4.1 to the SWZ), in particular the Contractor obliges the Contractor to notify the designated Distribution System Operator to implement an agreement concluded with the Contractor for the sale of electricity, making statements of will and determining on behalf of the Contracting Authority all necessary information in the scope of termination of the existing contract for the sale of electricity and distribution services (comprehensive agreement), representing the Contracting Authority before the relevant Operator Distribution System in matters related to the conclusion of a contract for the provision of distribution services
The Contracting Authority informs that the seller change process takes place for most pre-emptive points once again. Details of the time limits for current electricity sales contracts in the event of a subsequent change by the seller and periods of termination of the comprehensive contracts in the event of the first change of the seller are contained in Annex No 1 to the SWZ. Annex No 1 to SWZ identifies the current electricity seller and information on the pricing arrangements currently concluded. Electricity distribution contracts in the case of points with another seller change are concluded for an indefinite period. Details are included in Annex 1 to SWZ.
