As part of the integrated municipal development concept for village development in Schlüchtern, the community centre in Elm is to be replaced by a new building. The usage concept and the structural concept were developed with two architectural offices and the citizens in 2022 in a planning workshop. As a result, a cubature of approx. 5,000 m³ BRI and 850 m² GFA is to be built. The cost framework is € 4.6 million (KG 200-700, cost status 06/2022). The funds for LP 1-4 were provided from the funding programme of the state of Hesse. In order to apply for further funds, the planning is planned until the building application until 30.06.2023. Construction is scheduled for 2024.
