The Carl Thiem Klinikum Cottbus intends to renovate level 2 (east and west wings) in building 7. The main objective is to improve internal and functional operations and meet current requirements. The conversion project includes the construction of two practice units on level 2. Each unit is to comprise a centrally used registration room with laboratory, office and recreation room for the employees as well as 8 or 11 consulting rooms. Depending on requirements, it may also be necessary to install an intervention room or a simple laboratory room.

The rooms to be converted have already been gutted and are ready for conversion in the shell state.
