The surveys along the route shall form the basis for:

— assessing solutions and preparing an area development plan,

— preparing a technical preliminary project,

— engineering design services for and the construction of the Light Rail from the centre to Fyllingsdalen.

The extent and degree of detail must be adapted to the phase that the project is in and carried out in several stages, i.e. detailed as the alternatives/variants are taken out, solutions get more detailed and the area of work narrows.

Development plan and technical preliminary project.

Goals:

The data capture shall clarify technical possibilities and limitations and provide the basis for a cost estimate. The survey shall be sufficient to prepare a development plan and a technical preliminary project.

Scope:

— laser scanning.

Delivery:

The results shall be submitted suitable for insertion in a 3 D model.

Design

Scope:

— Supplements of laser scanning,

— Assembly/casting of concrete pillars along the route, for a distance of 100-150 m,

— Establishment of new basis points, both height benchmarks and surveying concrete pillars.

The height benchmarks require a comprehensive levelling along the entire route.

Delivery:

All the data must be submitted suitable for insertion in a 3 D model (raw data and processed data).
