The purpose of this consultation is to appoint a design-builder consortium for a contract for the rehabilitation, in an occupied environment, of 4 buildings comprising 429 collective social housing units and the deconstruction of a stairwell comprising 47 dwellings in Malakoff.

The consortium will include, at a minimum:

- A general contractor or a group of companies,

- A project manager or an architectural firm (architect Dplg, Desa, registered on the roll of the order),

- An engineering team (several Bet or a multidisciplinary Bet) to complete the skills required within the group.
