1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services for Toll Plazas (MPO)
on the sections of Motorways: A2 Konin – Stryków and A4 Wrocław – Sośnica, divided into nw. Parts:
1.1 Part I - Provision of maintenance services for Toll Booths (MPO) on the section of the A2 Konin – Stryków Motorway.
1.2 Part II – Provision of maintenance services for Toll Booths (MPO) on the section of the A4 Wrocław – Sośnica Motorway.
Provision of maintenance services for Toll Collection Points (MPO) on the section of the A2 Konin – Stryków Motorway.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services for Toll Collection Points (MPO) on the section of the A2 Konin – Stryków Motorway.
2. Detailed conditions regarding the performance of the contract are contained in the Draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
3. Pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor (or subcontractor – if applicable), on the basis of an employment contract, to employ at least one person directed to perform the contract, who will perform activities under the Agreement consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended). i.e. consisting in accepting and handling reports regarding Events. The terms and conditions of employment of the above-mentioned persons are described in particular in § 4 of the PPU constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
