The subject of the order is the construction (creation) and delivery of a rental exhibition stand for the appearance of the State of Hesse (as well as partners and co-exhibitors) at ITB 2021. The contract to be concluded includes all services to enable the client to " turnkey “to be able to put into operation, z. B. Construction and dismantling and the transport of the rental stand as well as all relevant acceptances by the exhibition company, the delivery / provision of all materials, transport to and from the site, construction, laying of the installation lines, the water supply and disposal, the technical cables, power requirements, Lighting technology, graphic design, dismantling, exhibition and transport insurance, disposal of all materials and waste and all ancillary services, in compliance with all regulations of the trade fair organizer (Messe Berlin). Applicable safety regulations, hygiene and accident prevention regulations must be observed.
