The subject of the contract is the supply and distribution of electricity for the needs of the Operating Theatre and the Central Sterilization Unit of the Provincial Specialist Hospital at 18 Żołnierska Street in Olsztyn, in accordance with the scope specified in the price form Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference and the provisions set out in the Terms of Reference.
