Exploitation of tar/pitchy road demolition of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (pitch contract)

The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH), represented by the tax authority of the FHH, intends to conclude a framework agreement for the exploitation of tar/pitch-containing road demolition (AS 170301*), which originates from publicly dedicated traffic areas of the FHH. The contract includes the acceptance of tar/pitch-containing or tar-/pitch-suspicious road demolitions, the investigation of the tar/pitch-suspicious material to distinguish between tar/pitch-containing and tar-/pitch-free road demolition as well as the legally compliant, environmentally compatible and economical utilization of the tar/pitch-containing and tar/pitch-free road demolition. The contract is concluded for a contract period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2028. The formal award procedure is carried out by the Hamburg Tax Authority.
