The aim is to establish a framework agreement(s) for semi-buried waste systems, while ensuring a legal contract basis and procurement as well as simpler, quicker and more secure processes for ordering and procuring in the product area.

The contract shall cover the contracting authority's needs with regards to reliability, appearance, user-friendliness for customer and refuse collector. The contract shall also cover future needs for differentiated subscriptions, user identification, electronic locks, measuring how full a container is that will enable emptying when needed.
