KvK has 19 branches spread across the Netherlands and sends approximately 3.5 million pieces of mail on an annual basis. It is expected that this offer will remain in this order of magnitude in the coming years. However, in the coming years, efforts will be stepped up to replace paper mail with email and/or use of the message box.
