1. The subject of the order is the supply of friction linings for passenger cars.

2. The contract award procedure is conducted under an open tender, pursuant to the Act of 29.1.2004 - Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843), hereinafter referred to as the "PPL Act".

3. The procedure will be conducted in Polish in electronic form via the purchasing platform at https://pkpintercity.eb2b.com.pl. The use of the purchasing platform is free.

1. The subject of the order is the supply of friction linings for passenger cars.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the estimated frequency of deliveries throughout the entire duration of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.

3. The Employer requires that the cladding be made of composite material.

4. The subject of the contract must comply with the requirements of the UIC 541-3, and each liner supplied must be marked in accordance with the UIC 541-3.

5. The subject of the contract will be implemented within 24 months from the date of the Contract or until the maximum remuneration has been exhausted, depending on which of the events occurs first.

6. Deliveries of the subject of the contract will be carried out successively according to the current needs of the Employer, based on orders placed by the Employer. The period of partial delivery may not be shorter than 5 calendar days and not longer than 30 calendar days. The deadline for partial delivery is the criterion for the evaluation of offers, in accordance with chapter XV of the ToR.
