The object of the service is to support the service area “urban workplaces. The services for the individual lots are as follows:

Lot 1: software engineering for LibreOffice and WollMux:

Consulting, support and implementation services for the area of "LibreOffice development" with reference to LibreOffice and WollMux, as well as for the LibreOffice viewer for Android.

Lot 2: software engineering for Linux desktop and software distribution:

Support and implementation services for the area of "LiMux development" for the basic client and software distribution such as FAI / Gosa 2 .

Lot 3: software engineering for Microsoft Office 365 macros and add-ins:

Consulting, support and implementation services for macros and add-ins under Microsoft Office 365.

Overall, the future framework agreement for lot 1 (software engineering for LibreOffice and WollMux) comprises an estimated 720 man-days (5760 man-hours (8 man-hours per person-day)) over the contract period, including the optional extension by one year.

A framework agreement is to be concluded with an economic operator for this purpose. This has a term of 3 years from the bid. The framework agreement can optionally be extended for another year.

The framework agreement ends either at the end of this contract period or when the value of the contractually agreed upper limit of EUR 710,000 net is reached.
