4.1 The subject of the contract is to perform the function of the Contract Engineer covering comprehensive management and supervision over the Investment Task Construction of a hospital building for the central operating block and treatment departments with reconstruction of buildings (design stage, stage of construction works and delivery of medical equipment, commissioning stage and warranty and guarantee stage).

4.2 As part of this contract, the Contractor will perform investor's supervision in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Construction Law in the industry:

Architectural

construction and construction,

Sanitary

Electrical

Telecommunications.

4.3 Preliminary characteristic parameters determining the size of the object covered by the investment (possible deviations in the design process are determined by the PFU):

a) new building (including connectors)

building area - 1124,40m2,

total area - 5601,75m2,

cubature – gross - 23071.40m3;

(b) existing building:

building area – 845.00 m2 (including: existing building - 717.00m2, extension - 128.00 m2),

total area - 1692,00 m2 (including: existing building - 1436,00m2, extension - 256,00m2),

gross cubic capacity - 6788,79m2 (including: existing building - 5693,11m3, extension - 1095,68m3).
