The City of Järvenpää (Client) will build an Ainola parking facility on plot 2135 in the Ristinummi district of Ainolanväylä. The building is a three- to four-storey, cold and uncovered car shelter that includes 400 shareholders, rent and park-and-ride facilities. The client's goal is to implement solutions based on reference plans and serving users as optimally as possible by utilising the providers' ready-made building concepts.

Mestaritoiminta Oy is responsible for the construction tasks of the project, which also acts as a construction consultant and a representative of the client. The form of implementation of the project is the total responsibility implementation KVR, which includes planning and implementation. In accordance with the schedule for the construction of the project, construction will begin in 2023 and be completed no later than the end of 2023. The signatory of the invitation to tender and the second contracting entity is Mestaritoiminta Oy, which is responsible for the procurement of the project under the authority of the City of Järvenpää. Another contracting entity of the project is the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency, whose involvement in the procurement concerns the implementation agreement between the City of Järvenpää and the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency regarding the park-and-ride facilities to be built in the parking facility.

The procurement includes tasks, design and construction work (including all building services systems) in accordance with the overall construction responsibility implementation model in accordance with the tendering documentation attached to the invitation to tender.
