The CSTB wants the establishment of a “Health Supplementary” contract for its staff:

— for staff under private status, compulsory membership (subject to the exemptions provided for);

— for staff in the territorial civil service, membership possible on an optional basis in accordance with the provisions of Decree 2011-1474 of 8.11.2011).

The contract must be "responsible" in accordance with the texts in force, in particular Decree No. 2014-1374 of 18.11.2014, of circular DSS / SD2A / SD3C / SD5D / 2015/30 of 30.1.2015 and of decree No. 2019-21 from 11.1.2019.

Effect of the contract: 1.1.2022 (00h00).

Contract duration: 60 months.

Contract Term: 31.12.2026 (24:00).

Deadline: January 1 of each year.

Subscription of a supplementary health insurance contract on behalf of the CSTB. This consultation is reserved for bodies carrying and providing for the risks subject to the contract for which they apply for and for which they have an approval from the national supervisory authority on which they depend. Intermediaries authorised to submit insurance transactions (Orias attestation to be provided — unless service provider not subject to Orias) may also apply in addition to these bodies. An intermediary cannot apply alone, his or her application would not be eligible. If several organizations contribute directly (direct contractual link between each organization and the subscriber) to the coverage of risks under the same contract, all of them must be members of the group.
