The FGV currently has portals for filing files (Victims of Terrorism and Sarvi) and wishes to enrich its offer of digital services with a globalized General Public portal, positioned as a "front office" and allowing external persons to carry out online management acts, including the referral and follow-up of files, or online payment for authors. This public portal will allow victims, perpetrators and other stakeholders (doctors, representatives, lawyers?) to transmit documents or information to the FGV and take note of the elements related to the progress throughout the life cycle of the case.
