The contract is divided into lots, namely:

Lot 1 - Cleaning and Inspection of free-fall sewerage (cutlery no. 2021-09)

Lot 2 - Swirls and line drainage cleaning (optional) (cutlery no. 2021-09)

Plot 3 - Maintenance Drainage (specifications no. RBBA-2022-002)

The municipality is of the opinion that there is such coherence in the service that the assignment can be seen as one logical whole.

Tenderers can tender for all lots but also for 1 lot specifically.

For lot 2 (chamber cleaning) it applies that this is included as an option. for further information see the descriptive document.

For each lot, the most economically advantageous tender is determined on the basis of the lowest price.

All the necessary information can be found in the parcels created under the main tender, including the descriptive document, the various RAW specifications, registration notes and registration statements.

The aim of this tender is to arrive at 1 framework contractor for cleaning and inspecting the free decay sewerage system.

The work concerns a so-called .RAW framework agreement in which the work is carried out via partial assignments within the municipality of Bergen op Zoom.

This includes cleaning and inspecting the sewerage system, the local repair of defects in the sewer system (partial repairs), any advice work to repair detected defects, etc.

This includes cleaning the swirls and line gutters, reporting on defects and contamination, possibly repairing defects, advising the client on the management of the swirls and line gutters, etc.

The work concerns a so-called .RAW framework agreement in which the work is carried out via partial assignments within the municipality of Bergen op Zoom.

For lot 2 (chamber cleaning) it applies that this is included as an option. The client currently has a contract for cleaning the flasks and line gutters with a possibility of extension.  In the course of 2022, it will be determined whether the possibility of extension will be used. There is also the possibility that the Municipality of Bergen op Zoom will scale down the current contract, this may mean that parts will be placed with the intended contractor as a start.

If the option to extend is used, the registration (lot 2) will not be used and the registration will lapse.

The aim of this tender is to arrive at 1 framework contractor for the maintenance of drainage.

The work concerns a so-called .RAW framework agreement in which the work is carried out via partial assignments within the municipality of Bergen op Zoom.

This work consists of looking up, cleaning and reporting the existing drainage, where necessary restoring the existing drainage, installing outflow facilities if necessary, and mapping the missing data.
