Extended structural work

- Construction site equipment, setting up meeting and toilet containers including drinking and dirty water pipes, setting up construction electricity and lighting for the entire construction period, making core holes;

- Floor works on a floor area of approx. 1,000 m 2nd including disposal of soil material of approx. 4,500 t;

- Shoring works (girder screed wall "Berlin shoring, with anchoring");

- drainage works;

- Reinforced concrete work for the 3-storey building on a floor area of approx.24x24m including the manufacture of a basement as a white tub (WU construction) with a fresh concrete composite film (the building is partly in the floodplain of the line), system planning for WU construction, Installation parts, perimeter insulation, precast stairways;

- Masonry work (approx. 1,000 m 2nd Outer and inner walls);

- facing masonry (approx. 1,000 m 2nd ).
