The contracting authority shall procure 2 boats in the category small boats on a trailer (a boat carriage). In addition, it may be relevant to procure up to 6 boats in the same category (optional boats), during 2015 and 2016

The hulls shall be made of welded aluminium or PE-100. The boats shall be self-bilging and the steering position shall be placed at the middle stern. The wheelhouse shall be closed or behind a wind screen with sturdy canopy. The access to the foredeck shall be from both sides of the centre console (walkaround) or through doors in solid design, at the bow and the stern. It will be focused on a spacious workplace on the foredeck. The carriage shall be used in connection with inspection and care activities in the speed area 3 along the Norwegian coast.
