1. The subject of this contract is the COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF HIGH ETHANE NATURAL GAS TYPE E TO THE PWSTE FACILITIES IN YAROSLAVL indicated in Annex 3 to the SWZ. for the period from 01.06.2022r. to 31.05.2023r. Gas supply will take place on the basis of a contract containing the provisions of the contract of sale and the contract for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive agreement).

2. The quantities set out in Annex 2 and Annex 8 to the SWZ are the estimated consumption quantities determined on the basis of consumption in 2021 plus possible increased consumption to determine the quantity of the order, which does not reflect the real or declared use of gas fuel for the period from 01.03.2022 to 31.08.2022.

The demand for natural gas was accepted for the calculation of the estimated value of the order, which may differ from the actual use of natural gas and may not in any event be grounds for any claims by the Contractor. Forecast gas consumption
