TP1: Construction of the central heat supply of Körner barracks with the following essential components:

- heat is generated with a pellet and gas boiler and possibly a CHP,

- Heat supply network of the entire property is renewed,

- all buildings receive new heat-technical house stations.

TP2: The building automation of the Körern barracks has to be brought up to date with the current manual GA of the Bundeswehr. Essential components are:

- Laying fiber optic cables in an empty conduit network in the entire property,

- equipping all consumers with M-Bus meters,

- Connection of the control of ventilation and heating as well as fault and operating message on GA,

- Equipment of almost all buildings with a GA cabinet,

- Connection to island headquarters in the Lützow barracks.
