The subject of the contract is the supply of hardware infrastructure with technical support, in particular:
1) delivery of hardware infrastructure for the SAP system along with software, licenses and support;
2) assembly of the supplied equipment;
3) certification in SAP in the delivered and configured infrastructure.
A detailed description of the item of the order is contained in the Annex to the SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of hardware infrastructure with technical support, in particular:
1) delivery of hardware infrastructure for the SAP system along with software, licenses and support;
2) assembly of the supplied equipment;
3) certification in SAP in the delivered and configured infrastructure.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annex to the SWZ.
3. The offered equipment is to be brand new, unused and not displayed at exhibitions or fairs, technically efficient, safe, complete and ready to work, as well as meet the technical and functional requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract.
4. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to grant a manufacturer's warranty for the delivered hardware and software for a period of 36 months, counting from the date of signing the acceptance protocol by the Ordering Party without reservations.
5. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide the manufacturer's service support for the subject of the contract for a minimum period of 36 months, counting from the date of signing the acceptance protocol by the Ordering Party without reservations, subject to point 13.2 of the SWZ.
6. Delivery includes transport to the direct user to the place indicated by him and all other costs related to the performance of the subject of the contract and the requirements set by the Ordering Party, listed in the description of the subject of the contract and the draft provisions of the contract.
REMARK! In the event that the scope of the order includes computer equipment, the Ordering Party reserves the right to apply the VAT rate of 0% in accordance with Article 83(1)(26)(a) of the Value Added Tax Act of 11 March 2004 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 931, as amended), subject to obtaining the consent issued by the Ministry of Education and Science. The Contracting Authority shall provide the selected Contractor with written information on obtaining the consent issued by the Ministry of Education and Science, on the basis of which the Contractor will be obliged to issue a correcting invoice.
