The buses should only be charged in the available time slots at the depot (usually during the night); Intermediate loading is not provided.
The delivery of the 27 buses from the first call must be completed by 31.12.2024 due to the requirements of the grant decision, otherwise there is a risk of loss of funding; the acceptance must be carried out by 30.04.2025. The complete delivery and acceptance of all buses within the aforementioned periods must therefore be guaranteed within the framework of the submission of the offer. Furthermore, an optional maintenance contract must be offered.
It should be noted that all communication about the project process is in German language and writing. This means that the requests to participate and the offers as well as all annexes, evidence, declarations, etc. must be written in German.

The client expressly refers to § 55 Abs. 1 and 2 SektVO. He will make use of the option under § 55 Abs. 1 SektVO and demand verifiable information from the bidders about the proportion of goods from third countries with the offers.
