At the end of the measure, the participants should have the courage to start again in school, training or work through the topic processing and alternative courses of action should be available that they did not have at the beginning of the measure. A realistic target achievement and target assessment should be worked out. The action plan at the end of the measure serves as an orientation and basis for further action for the participant, but also represents the basis for the further integration work of the Lippe job center.

- Introduction to the training and labor market as well as identification, reduction or elimination of obstacles to placement (Section 16 (1) SGB II in conjunction with Section 45 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 SGB III).
