Søllerød almene Boligselskab offers cleaning services and window cleaning on the basis of a 1-year agreement with an option for a 3 x 1 year extension. Expected contract start is November 1, 2023.

To ensure good quality, combined with competitive prices for the benefit of our residents, cleaning services and window cleaning are offered.

If the option to extend is not exercised, the agreement expires without further termination. Ordinary, mutual termination of the agreement during the agreement period must be notified with 3 months to end on the 1st of a month.

The tender documents focus on sustainable procurement where, in addition to finances, requirements are made for both environmental and social conditions.

The tenderers are invited to an inspection of the departments concerned, where it will be possible to supplement the present tender documents with their own measurements, notes, etc.
